A Navy veteran, Jeff began his journey in real estate as a mobile home park broker during his final year of service. Just three days after completing his naval career, he transitioned to full-time park ownership, quickly building a portfolio of mobile home parks. Aspen Ridge Capital now manages a growing portfolio, focusing on investor trust, transparent communication, and regulatory compliance.



Jeff is currently enrolled in the University of Denver’s Real Estate Development program, further deepening his expertise in the industry. His hands-on approach to acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management is driven by his passion for creating long-term value for both investors and communities.
