MEET JEFF, OUR FOUNDER
A Navy veteran, Jeff began his journey in real estate as a mobile home park broker during his final year of service. Just three days after completing his naval career, he transitioned to full-time park ownership, quickly building a portfolio of mobile home parks. Aspen Ridge Capital now manages a growing portfolio, focusing on investor trust, transparent communication, and regulatory compliance.
Jeff is currently enrolled in the University of Denver’s Real Estate Development program, further deepening his expertise in the industry. His hands-on approach to acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management is driven by his passion for creating long-term value for both investors and communities.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff is an active networker, mentor, and podcaster, sharing his insights on real estate and the mobile home park industry. His leadership at Aspen Ridge Capital reflects his dedication to innovation, excellence, and meaningful partnerships.

Willem Kiperman
Director of Acquisitions
Willem Kiperman is the Director of Acquisitions at Aspen Ridge Capital, where he plays a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and securing mobile home park investments. Currently studying Real Estate and the Built Environment at the University of Denver, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience. Willem is also a licensed real estate agent in California and serves as president of the University of Denver’s Real Estate & Construction Management Club.
Willem has demonstrated his competitive drive by placing in top positions in several prestigious real estate competitions, including 1st place in the NAHB Custom Home Competition and 2nd place in the Sherman Miller Competition. These accomplishments highlight his ability to think strategically and deliver results.
At Aspen Ridge, Willem is responsible for overseeing the full acquisitions process, ensuring the company secures high-value investments that drive portfolio growth. His market insights and attention to detail are instrumental in identifying opportunities that align with Aspen Ridge's long-term goals.
Outside of work, Willem is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers with Wags & Walks, a nonprofit focused on animal welfare. His blend of leadership, real estate expertise, and dedication to growth make him a valuable asset to Aspen Ridge Capital.
Kaori Sanchez
Director of Automation & AI Systems
Kaori Sanchez is the Director of Automation & AI Systems at Aspen Ridge Capital, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and scalability of the company’s operations. She designs and implements automation systems that streamline key processes across the business, enabling the team to work smarter and more effectively.
Kaori’s expertise in systems organization and automation implementation ensures that tasks, from investor communications to property management, are optimized and streamlined. She works with a variety of AI tools such as OpenAI, GoHighLevel, and Zapier, driving innovations that reduce manual work and enhance operational consistency. By identifying opportunities to leverage these technologies, she helps Aspen Ridge achieve operational excellence and support the company’s growth.
In addition to her technical skills, Kaori empowers the team by introducing AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and improve client interactions. Her contributions are essential in building a strong foundation for long-term success at Aspen Ridge Capital.
Outside of work, Kaori loves exploring new places, especially beaches, and finds joy in cooking for her loved ones. Whether it’s trying a new recipe or finding the perfect hidden beach, she’s always looking to create memorable experiences for those around her.
